Growing up near Albuquerque, New Mexico, Greg had always looked to the skies. He channeled this lofty gaze into a Private Sailplane certificate at the age of 17. After graduating highschool, he sought an enrollment at the Air Force Academy. Unable to attend the Academy, he enrolled at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Prescott Campus. His hard work at Embry Riddle earned him a Bachelors in Aeronautical Science with a minor in Aviation Safety. Greg first came to Birmingham in June 2010 to start work at BFC and steadily made his way up the ranks to Director of Operations. Though he often finds himself in more meetings than he likes, Greg is still fiercely passionate about teaching and always lends an open ear to students and instructors in need.
