While growing up in Birmingham, Blake had many friends and family who were either in flight training or already had their ratings. Enticed by the thrill of aviation, Blake enrolled into the Flight Training program at Auburn University and attended from 2016-2020. Blake then came to BFC to complete his CFI/I and stayed on to instruct. With a welcoming personality and infectious humor, Blake soon became a favorite amongst the BFC family. Like those before him, Blake worked his way up from line instructor to the Chief Flight Instructor position. While originally wanting to go to the airlines, Blake has decided to stay on at BFC to help mentor instructors and work on the corporate side.
